Before deciding to attend law school, I worked as a case manager for several years at a personal injury law firm. I loved being able to connect with clients and provide support and assistance as they were hurt and going through a hard time in their lives. During law school, I took part in the Criminal Defense Clinic, where I realized my passion for client advocacy. I also participated in a brief internship with Safe Haven of Tarrant County, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting survivors of domestic violence. It was there that I realized my true calling was family law. I am so grateful to be able to use my education and experience to help those who are struggling and dealing with difficult situations.
I was born in Dallas and raised in Fort Worth, and attended Arlington Heights High School. I received my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, and attended Texas A&M University School of Law. I love spending time with my husband, son, our dogs, and my ever-expanding collection of houseplants.
